Each Continued Development course requires completion of a written and practical assessment to meet the qualification criteria.

After the employee has completed the written assessment, the instructor will follow up on final score and complete the practical assessment.

The pass rate for these courses is 70% with the requirement that the instructor facilitate remediation of missed questions.

The instructor must remediate missed items with the employee and send a notification to lms@deepsouthcrane.com that remediation has occurred.

LMS will update employee's credentials with the training assessment.
